Manage multiple developers across multiple offshore projects with competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Runs scrum cadence ceremonies.
- Supports Product Owners to ensure sprints are planned and stories meet definition of ready.
- Owns blockers and Resolves impediments.
- Experience with performing the role of technical PM for waterfall projects.
- Experience with risk management and issue resolution for technical projects.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
- Should be able to quickly get up to speed on client team structure and processes.
- Expected to pick up client domain knowledge quickly to successfully execute the role of scrum master/technical PM.
- Expertise in multi-tasking and managing multiple responsibilities.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience as Scrum Master.
- 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager required
- 2+ years Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience required.
- Must have understanding of technical development projects
- Must have experience using Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, time-management and active listening skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize activities.
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
- Ability to work with distributed teams/across multiple time-zones in an agile environment.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus.
