Assisting with Managing and Scheduling Fingerprinting appointments between third parties and internal teams like Physical Security.
Manage Professional Services Inbox and be the first point of contact for all inquiries.
Assisting the team with onboarding of contingent workers within our VMS tool.
Assist with team weekly meetings and gathering topics and reviewing MIRO boards for prioritization statuses with each vendor to ensure all outstanding tasks and deadlines were met.
Manage weekly compliance reporting and distribute to associated team members for completion.
Manage overdue equipment process reporting to vendors and team members.
Working closely with vendors & team members to complete ad hoc projects on a weekly basis.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of working experience in HR and/or procurement.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask, ability to standardize and streamline processes.
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Be a self-starter with the ability to critical think, work independently and execute.
