HR Coordinator

Position: HR Coordinator
Duration: 8 Months+
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with Managing and Scheduling Fingerprinting appointments between third parties and internal teams like Physical Security.
  • Manage Professional Services Inbox and be the first point of contact for all inquiries.
  • Assisting the team with onboarding of contingent workers within our VMS tool.
  • Assist with team weekly meetings and gathering topics and reviewing MIRO boards for prioritization statuses with each vendor to ensure all outstanding tasks and deadlines were met.
  • Manage weekly compliance reporting and distribute to associated team members for completion.
  • Manage overdue equipment process reporting to vendors and team members.
  • Working closely with vendors & team members to complete ad hoc projects on a weekly basis.

Required Skills:
  • 1-2 years of working experience in HR and/or procurement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask, ability to standardize and streamline processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to critical think, work independently and execute.
